Caitlin Englebert has been practicing yoga for a little over 10 years now. She began her teaching journey in 2013, which led her to receive her 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification through the Yoga Alliance in 2014. Caitlin says, "Yoga has given me a better sense of body awareness, mental relaxation, flexibility, and strength both on and off the mat."
Within each of her classes, you can expect a 50 minute vinyasa flow, as well as some longer, deeper holds within a variety of poses to really tap into and enhance your full range of motion. She incorporates a unique set of sequences as well as a spirit of playfulness to help you really break through your barriers, feel safe and comfortable to try new things, and maybe even attempt more challenging poses to help deepen your practice! She hopes to encourage others to thrive in life by nurturing their bodies, minds, and souls through each class, and her hope is that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, encouraged and motivated to take on the rest of your day with grace.
