EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)- This class is an interval workout where you perform a specific workout task at the start of every minute for a specified amount of time. Once you finish your reps for that task, the remaining time in that minute is to rest & recover. This class takes place every Monday-it is usually a favorite!

Tabatais a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10-20 seconds. This class can be modified to fit your level, so do not let the description intimidate you. It is a great way to build lean muscle and also shed those calories in a short amount of time. This class takes place on Tuesdays.

Circuit Training- is a form of body conditioning or endurance training/resistance training using varying levels of intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. This class takes place on Wednesdays.

HIIT (HIGH Intensity Interval Training)- is a form of interval training; a cardiovascular endurance strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. Though there is no universal HIIT session duration, these intense workouts typically last under 30 minutes, with times varying based on a participant's current fitness level. Tabata is a form of HIIT training, but generally more intense. This class takes place on Thursdays.

Beach Body-This is a full body class with a big emphasis on building cardio endurance and a strong core. We will have a "Beach Body Challenge" every month to track results and celebrate with our tribe! This class will take place every Friday (only morning sessions). 

High School Training-This class takes place every Monday and Wednesday from 4:00-5:00pm. If you are looking for a class to improve your speed, agility, reaction time, strength, & power than this class is right for you. It is scheduled only two days a week, so the time commitment is minimum. Grab a friend and come check it out! Drop-Ins are welcome for only $10/class. 

Personal Training- This is a private 1-on-1 or small group class focused on individualized programs. At Sibe Tribe fitness, we offer a great rate for personal training and you will get an excellent workout. Geared to meet your body's specific needs, this is a "no brainer" if you are serious about taking your fitness to the next level. All reservations can be made online under the Services tab.
